The Diet consist of eating the number of calories you come up with, using the calculator below for 11 days, then on the 12th day you get a free day. This 12th day is a reward to you. Try not to go hog wild but eat what you crave. There is 2 reasons for doing this. One is that the body will get to the point that it will no longer lose weight after being on a low calorie diet for a while, and must be jumpstarted again to start losing again. The second reason is it is impossible to stay on a diet of any kind for a long period of time without cheating. The problem is that on a normal diet when you cheat, you keep cheating and then you quit. This diet has had a very high success rate because the cheating is programmed in, and it satisfies your need to cheat.

STEP 2 -- EAT your selected reduced calories for 11 days.
STEP 3 -- EAT what you crave on the 12th day.
